INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, Sriracha, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into 1” chunks.
