Spicy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe is a Chinese food

Spicy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe is from China. but there have been many variations of this Spicy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe. but for those of you who are fans  Spicy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe definitely feel the difference in the name of this food. especially the main ingredient, which is located in the noodles themselves, for chow mein cooked with thin noodles, for lo mein cooked with noodles slightly thicker.
Spicy Chicken Lo Mein Recipe is a Chinese food

served with eggs is very delicious, especially in a cold atmosphere. for the cooking period is also not long, only 30 minutes then this food is ready to eat.

Ingredients:
150 Grams Lo Mein Egg Noodles

For Chicken:
  • 1/2 kg, cut up to 1/2 inchAs per need Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil

For main dish:
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion,sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot,sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Scallion, long cut,2 Inch long
  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage,shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Water / Chicken Stock(Optional)
  • As per need Salt

For Sauce Mix:
  • 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce / Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • As per need Salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions: 
  1. Marinate Chicken with ingredients mentioned.
  2. Keep this aside for 5 mins
  3. Next, put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in the skillet, after the oil is hot, the chicken that has been cut is put into the pan
  4. Discard if any leftover marinade.
  5. Toss on medium flame till cooked,keep this aside.
  6. In the same pan add 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil, add the ginger and garlic,fry till fragrant.
  7. Add all the veggies one after other in the order shown in the step-wise pictures.
  8. add chicken after it is cooked enough and stay in it until it blends
