Cream of Asparagus Soup Yummy.


hello, for friends vegetable fans. You must be with asparagus vegetables. if there is a big fan of these vegetables, there's no doubt you already like toasting them until the edges are crisp for the best taste.
many ways are used to cook this asparagus. one cooking cream soup with the main ingredient of asparagus. combine with butter and some garlic to soften the creamy soup and bring to a boil until the broth is added with other spices. this will create a very delicious taste. good luck. :)

Ingredients: 
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 lb. asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 1" pieces
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream, plus more for garnish
  • Freshly chopped chives, for garnish
  • Freshly chopped dill, for garnish

Direction: 
  • Next put the butter in a heavy pan over medium heat, and thaw. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, then cook until golden, 5 minutes. then add the stock until it boils, cover it, until the asparagus is very soft but still green, more or less wait 10 to 5 minutes.
  • Using an immersion or regular blender, puree soup. If using a regular blender, make sure to stop and take off the lid several times to avoid the soup is too hot. Return to the pan, stir the cream and warm over low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
