Balado style sauce

This Balai Petai Sambal is one of the special characteristics of food from Indonesia. more precisely from Sumatra. This Balai Petai chilli sauce has a salty, spicy, savory, and slightly sweet taste.
This food is suitable for lunch with family. do not forget to be accompanied by a staple food from Indonesia, namely rice. if added with stir-fried water spinach it will be more delicious.
But this food has an unpleasant odor. but don't be mistaken with the taste. very tasty. When you eat bananas, you poop and smell. The antidote is to eat cucumbers and chew a little rice so that the unpleasant odor was reduced.

Ingredients:
  • 4 boards
  • 100 grams of petai, diced
  • 100 grams of salted sitting fish
  • 1/2 sheet of turmeric leaves, cut 3
  • 1 teaspoon of mushroom broth
  • 1 teaspoon of salt to taste

Seasoning:
  • 150 gram red chili
  • 5 red cayenne peppers
  • 6 red onions
  • 1 tomato

How to make:
1. The first step is to clean the petai and remove the cut edges of the skin, fry until cooked but don't dry too much.
2. fry tempeh until cooked
3. next fried salted fish to dry. previously soak the salted fish in hot water for 10 minutes then drain.

Note:
the above measurements are not standard and flexible, and will not affect the taste. For example kaffir lime leaves there are only 1 or 2 sheets or turmeric leaves only have dried, also no problem. So in cooking this Balado Shrimp Petai Shrimp, it doesn't need to be fixed on the dose above, adjusted to taste, for example if you like spicy, tomatoes can be reduced or even removed from the ingredients. So cooking doesn't keep us busy, we have to go to the market just because turmeric leaves don't exist or lemongrass happens to run out. Cook with ease.
