- 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- cotija or feta which has been destroyed for the topping later
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. wrap each piece of corn onto a sheet of foil
- Corn is roasted for about 20-30 minutes.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes to cool slightly.
