This food only requires 3 ingredients. Bread, eggs and avocados. Bread that has been baked becomes the outside. Fried eggs that have been cooked and avocados that have been thinly cut into the inside or its contents. The savory taste of burnt bread and the salty taste of eggs and the faint bitter taste of avocados make this food very fresh and delicious.

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 avocado (sliced lengthwise)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Lime juice (to drizzle, optional)
Cilantro leaves (garnish, optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat a little oil in a pan on a medium flame.
2. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook sunny side up for 3 to 4 minutes until the whites are set & yolks still runny.
3. Toast the bread slices and arrange the avocado slices on top of it. Drizzle lemon juice over the avocados.
