Paprika Chicken & Rice

Hello culinary friends. for those of you who are getting fed up with white rice.  You can try the recipe for chiken paprika and rice. it's really very delicious and delicious. where later chicken and rice are cooked in one place. combined with coconut milk and spices. this will add a very delicious taste. with a scent that will make you add up. the recipe is worth a try at home. very delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 bone in, skin on chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp. paprika, divided
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 c. baby spinach
DIRECTIONS:
  1. First, season the chicken with salt, 1 tsp paprikan and pepper.  In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Burn the chicken skin until it turns golden, to wait for it to cook for about 6 to 8 minutes.  Don't forget to turn over and cook again in about 3 minutes. then transfer to a plate with the skin side facing up.
