Delicious Snack Pakoda From China

  • 1½ cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • ¼ capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup maida / plain flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • ½ tsp red food colour
  • oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. first, use a large bowl take 1½ cup of cabbage, 1 carrot, ¼ capsicum, ½ onion and 2 tablespoons of shallot
  2. also add 1 chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce and ½ tsp salt.
  3. the next step, stir well to make sure the sauce is well combined.
