They also come together very quickly and easily, especially if you made meatballs before. You can even double the batch and throw half the raw meatballs into the freezer for the next time! INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large egg yolks
- salt and black pepper are grown first, according to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
FOR THE GRAVY
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instruction:
- enter salted boiling in a large saucepan. then cook the pasta according to the instructions then drain
- Next use a large bowl and mix the quiet meat with breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, mustard, egg yolks and worcestershire. next season with salt pepper to taste. use a wooden spoon or hand that has been cleaned and stir until blended. then roll the dough into small balls.
- melt the butter in a large skillet above what is medium. put the meatballs in a batch and cook until all sides are golden brown 4-5 minutes Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
